These terms and conditions will serve as regulations of your customer transactions cum relationship with us as Service Providers { TBCHSPOT}. By choosing to use our services, you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein. You also confirm that you have provided us with the accurate and complete information required to create your profile and that you have supplied all documentation, photographs and information that allow us to comply with our regulatory obligations. You also agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not proceed but exit the application immediately. Note also that we can terminate your relationship with us if we believe that you have violated any of these terms. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

TBCHSPOT does not warrant or make any certainty concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the services on it’s website.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on TBCHSPOT website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TBCHSPOT does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. TBCHSPOT may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, TBCHSPOT does not issue any commitment to update the materials.
Modification
TBCHSPOT may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current and future version of these terms of service
Data Storage
We will only retain your personal information on our servers for as long as your profile is active. Once your profile has been deactivated, your information is stored on our servers for as long as necessarily and as obligated by law.
This policy may change from time to time at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the contract laws of Anambra State of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Verification
You may not use the TBCHSPOT service under an unverified status, thus every profile must certainly undergo a moment of due process of customer verification process, including BVN verification and other verification means where necessary to;
- Ascertain that you’re matched properly.
- TBCHSPOT reserves the right to close every profile with any wrong information, including profiles it deems suspicious.
- Unverified profiles are restricted to a daily transaction limit of 10,000 and this limit may be reviewed by TBCHSPOT at any time with or without notice.
Restriction
You may be restricted to conduct further services across our platforms if your profile is suspected of any fraudulent activity. However, customers may need to contact support with a strong evidence to retrieve access to profile with a definite provision of security requirements.
User Type
Upon registration, users may provide information that evidence TBCHSPOT to access profile type which may vary between Users and Agents.
- TBCHSPOT may require further information from agents specifically, including address, resident city and registration funds.
- A user shall not take any advantage of TBCHSPOT system glitch on our website. In the event of a system glitch, a user shall report to TBCHSPOT immediately for a fix.
- A user may be rewarded for bringing to the attention of TBCHSPOT, notice of any system glitch subject to the weight of the error.
- A user can only maintain one profile with us, use of multiple profiles on TBCHSPOT are prohibited.
- A user who attempts to defraud TBCHSPOT by whatever means will have his or her profile closed and all funds in such profile shall be forfeited to TBCHSPOT by a user.
- TBCHSPOT reserves the right to recover any amount lost due to the inadvertence of a user resulting from the user’s profile.
- TBCHSPOT reserves the right to take any legal action against any user who acts fraudulently while using our services.
Transaction Status
Transaction status may vary between different level of technical incompetents from service providers or unconfirmed actions.
- Your transaction may fail upon any of the following circumstances: Pending, unconfirmed and declined.
- Affected users may contact support immediately for complaint.
Refunds
TBCHSPOT does not issue any refund for money added to a user’s profile. Such money can only be used for the services offered by us and as contained in this contract. On no account shall a user be entitled to a refund of money to his bank or any other account by TBCHSPOT.
Company’s Liability
We shall not be personally liable for any negligent or reckless act by a Customer or Agent who discloses his/her details to a third party either with or without consent, which may occasion any loss to such Customer or Agent while using our services.
Dispute Resolution Mechanism
In the event of any dispute (s) arising from this agreement between a user and us, the dispute (s) shall first, be referred to our legal department for possible redress. However, where a user is not satisfied with the outcome of any resolution given by our legal department, the dispute (s) shall further be referred to a neutral arbitration panel to be appointed by the user and the us.
Parties to this agreement shall be personally responsible for any fee payable to a third party for the purpose of resolving any dispute (s) in this contract. This agreement does not restrict any party in this agreement from his legal right of access to the conventional courts for redress in the event of any disagreement in this contract but only that such dispute (s) shall first be tried by Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Account Status
However, if your account is suspended due to violation of any terms, you shall be required to comply appropriately with any sanction (s) as may be necessary in the circumstance.
Notifications
By opening a profile with us, you consent to receiving text (SMS), email and push notifications from us. These notifications are meant for your consumption only and we will not be held liable if you suffer any loss, or damage as a result of unauthorized access to the information sent.
In addition, by opening this profile, you agree to opt out of mandatory SMS alerts directed by the CBN in favor of push notifications. You agree to indemnify TBCHSPOT against all losses, damages, claims, demands and expenses whatsoever which may be incurred, imposed or suffered by TBCHSPOT as well as against all actions, proceedings or claims (including attorney’s fees) whether civil or criminal, which may be brought against TBCHSPOT by reason of such notifications.
Language & Communication
English will be the primary language of our communication to you. We may use emoji’s or colloquialisms, but we will always communicate in English.
